My name is Angela Mullerworth and the idea for AM Services was born from a realisation that it was sometimes very difficult for people to have their Wills written and to understand the complexities of creating a Lasting Power of Attorney.
At AM Services, I want my clients to be at the core of everything I do. My aim is to provide Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney and take the difficulty out of doing so. I want my clients to feel that I am approachable and that I offer a professional and confidential service at a reasonable cost.

These days, writing a Will is often complicated by second marriages and stepchildren and there are many ways to help you decide how best to proceed. The process can feel invasive when you are talking about your own death and your most personal finances and belongings.
It is my job to help you reach conclusions that are satisfactory to you and your family and ensure that this is done not only in a professional manner but by making you feel as comfortable as possible throughout the process.
Lasting powers of attorney
We all know that we need to have a Will written and in place but many of us don't think about a Lasting Power of Attorney. We never know when we could become mentally or physically incapacitated and not having a LPA in place means your relatives could face long delays, expenses and stress going through the court of protection to gain control of your assets & finances if such a time occurs in your life.
